Additional Policies, Terms and Conditions
Minimum Stay: Off season: 2 night minimum. Peak season: 2 night minimum.
Accepted Payments: AMEX, VISA, Mastercard, Travelers checks, Cash
Deposit Required: A 50% room deposit charged to a valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.
Check-in and Check-out: Check in time is between 2 PM-6 PM. If a late check-in is required please notify the Innkeeper to make arrangements. Check-out is strictly 11 AM on the morning of your departure and generally cannot be flexible.
Additional Guest Fee: All rooms are strictly double-occupancy unless otherwise stated. A second guest in a room requiring a roll-away bed will be charged $50 per night. A third guest in a room will be charged $100 per night (roll-away required).
Fireplaces: Some fireplaces may only be operational during the colder months - please check with the Innkeeper.
Breakfast and Happy Hour: Breakfast and happy hour are not included for guests of The Blue Shutters at this time. Breakfast and happy hour may be added on as many days during your stay as desired. $40 per couple per day. Advance notice requested.
